A note from Bre:There is a lot of loneliness in the world. Broken-hearted individuals, attached individuals, and those who fall somewhere in-between; some hurting, many experiencing some degree of longing, and most trying to make sense of the ineffable thing we know as "Love"--and whatever is left in its absence. I have come to find that many of love's great mysteries can be decrypted through the practical and, yet, profound themes found within Emotionally Focused Therapy. Its theory and practice hold invaluable wisdom that, I believe, can act as an antidote to the loneliness found in the hearts of so many.

This work is my very small part in attempting to curb our world of some of its loneliness. Through assisting my clients with finding more reassurance in themselves, in their emotional experience, and, hopefully, in their relationships, my hope is that their growing ability to become more connected with themselves and others might perpetuate through all those they then connect with.
